Wine Club Benefits
- Invitations to members-only events and special tastings.
- Special shipping rates for online or in-person orders of $1 on a case or more or $35 on six or more bottles.
- Discounts on all wine, most events/special tastings and some merchandise: Red Tail 25%, Golden Eagle 20%, Peregrine 15%.
- Complimentary tastings or glass pours per visit: Red Tail and Golden Eagle 4, Peregrine 2.
- Complimentary tickets for spring and fall club member gatherings: Red Tail and Golden Eagle 4, Peregrine 2.
- Special access to limited releases & library wines.
- Red Tail members: complimentary venue fee for one event per year (subject to restrictions and availability).
- Golden Eagle members: 50% discount on venue fee for one event per year (subject to restrictions and availability).
Wine Club Policies
- Releases are scheduled for spring (April) and fall (October). Peregrine pick up members have an additional release in summer (August). Peregrine members who have their wines shipped will have a combined summer and fall release processed and shipped in October.
- Approximately 2-3 weeks prior to each release, you’ll receive an email with information on the featured wines and important dates, including the deadline to make any updates to your billing or shipping information.
- During that time, Red Tail and Golden Eagle members will have the opportunity to customize and/or add to their selections. Peregrine members will have the opportunity to add wines to their order.
- Peregrine members: you have the option of all red wines, all white wines or a mixed selection of wines. You can change your preference at any time, at least two weeks prior to the next release.
- All allocations are subject to taxes and shipping when applicable.
- Pick up members: we will hold your wines for three months from the time of transaction. After three months, wines not picked up will be shipped to you at your expense. Wines left for more than a year will be released back to inventory.
- Members are responsible for keeping billing and shipping information up to date and are responsible for any fees incurred due to returned or rerouted shipments.
- There must be someone over 21 years of age to sign for all deliveries.
- A year-long membership commitment is required prior to cancellation to avoid a $200 fee.
- To cancel your membership, please notify us in writing (an email is sufficient) at least two weeks prior to the next club release. Once processing has begun, club orders cannot be cancelled or refunded.
