ORDER PROCESSING
Online orders are processed the next business day and will ship to most locations within two business days, unless on weather hold. You’ll receive an email with tracking information when your package ships. We primarily ship via FedEx. Please note orders to Alabama, Hawaii, Maine, North Dakota, Nebraska and Vermont may take longer for processing.
WHERE WE SHIP
We can ship to most states, with the exception of AK, AR, CT, DE, KY, NJ, MS, RI, SD, UT and WV.
GOOD TO KNOW
- Someone 21+ will need to sign for delivery – we strongly recommend shipping to an office or FedEx location where someone can accept the package. Most carriers will make three delivery attempts, and then the package is returned to us. In that event, we will need to charge you for a re-delivery.
- Orders of a case or more enjoy a special ground shipping rate of just $1 (excluding AK & HI). So stock up on your favorites anytime!
WEATHER
Wine is a perishable product, and can be damaged by heat or extreme cold, so we take care to ensure that your wine safely reaches you. We highly recommend selecting 2-day or overnight shipping methods when possible. If you select ground shipping, we will watch the weather at your destination and along the route, and will hold orders until it is safe to ship.
